At Joyce Lee Fine Art, all sales of original artworks and fine art prints are final. Due to the unique nature of our artwork and the limited editions of prints, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases.
We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event of damage during shipment, buyers must report the issue promptly with documentation and photos. Joyce Lee Fine Art will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the claim, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
