While we take every precaution in packaging and handling, Joyce Lee Fine Art cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipment once the artwork has left our facility, including but not limited to carrier delays, accidents, or customs inspections.

Shipping dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these shipping terms. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted due to damage during shipment unless a claim is made promptly with the carrier and documented to our satisfaction.
